Full Moon In Scorpio – Now Or Never

On May 18th, 2019 we have a Full Moon In Scorpio.

The Moon in Scorpio is notoriously the most intense Moon of the zodiac. This Full Moon in Scorpio is SUPER intense because on the same day we also have a dramatic Venus-Uranus conjunction, which will spice things up even more.

Power, intensity, obsession, mediumship, revelations, and unexpected turns – this Full Moon is like black magic!

No wonder the last episode of the Game of Thrones will air on May 19, immediately after the Full Moon.

The Full Moon in Scorpio will literally be like the last episode of the Game of Thrones… with the exception that the hero will be you.

The Full Moon in Scorpio is engaged in some very interesting aspects: a sextile to Pluto, and oppositions to Mercury and the fixed star Algol… plus Venus is conjunct Uranus in Taurus.

What does this mean? Let’s dissect this Full Moon like a Scorpio would do:

Full Moon In Scorpio Sextile Pluto

Pluto is the ruler of the Full Moon (Pluto rules Scorpio), so this means we have a double dose of Pluto.

Pluto wants only one thing: to change you.

At the Full Moon, you will get in touch with your most primal instincts, with your deepest knowing. Pluto will guide you to the Truth. Don’t resist change, Pluto will not tolerate it. And Pluto always wins.

Full Moon In Scorpio Opposite Mercury In Taurus

Scorpio is like autumn. It’s what returns to the soil. Taurus is like spring. It’s was emerges from the soil. Mercury is the mediator. Without Mercury, we would have no memory. We would forget where we came from.

The Moon in Scorpio wants to expose (Full Moon) what has been kept in the darkness (Scorpio). The darkness from your past, or previous lifetimes.

Mercury is the communicator of the zodiac. When Mercury makes an aspect with a planet in Scorpio, he becomes the ‘medium’ of the zodiac.

He helps us get to places we wouldn’t go otherwise. He makes us see what we couldn’t see before. Full Moon in Scorpio opposite Mercury is like dancing with the fairies.

With the Full Moon opposite Mercury, you may feel an urge to reveal your feelings and opinions. Others can also reveal their true feelings towards you. There is an overpowering call, to tell the truth, now or never.
Full Moon Opposite Algol

The Moon is Opposite the fixed star Algol, which means the Sun is conjunct Algol, also called the Head of Medusa.

Algol is a very powerful fixed star and when she activates a personal planet, we can feel as invincible as Medusa’s head.

According to the myth, the blood from Medusa’s left side was poisonous and the blood from the right side was used to heal.

The Full Moon opposite Algol is a reminder that power comes with responsibility. You can use your power to poison or to heal.

When you are aware of your dark side, the dark side loses its power over you. You use its sacred wisdom with compassion, not to hurt yourself and others, but to heal.

Algol may subject you to your greatest fear. But it’s only when we face our greatest fear that we can fully tap into the truth of our soul. And this means facing the darkness, that is an inherent part of who we are.
Venus Conjunct Uranus In Taurus

On the same day, Venus is conjunct Uranus at 3° Taurus. We haven’t had a Venus-Uranus conjunction in Taurus in 80 years. Venus is ‘at home’ in Taurus. Uranus is the mythological father she never met.

Venus conjunct Uranus in Taurus means that Venus will finally come to terms with her past. She will have a breakthrough about who she really is.

Uranus always comes with a breakthrough. Something we never considered will turn our life upside down. But when we will finally have that breakthrough, we will wonder how we could have been so blind to something so obvious.

When both Uranus and Pluto ‘hit’ you, it will become impossible to ignore and deny your soul’s desire. The urge to satisfy it will propel you from the inside out. You will do whatever it takes to fulfill its mission.

When we get even a tiny glimpse of the truth, it becomes unbearable to continue living the way we used to.

The Scorpio Full Moon will connect us with our deepest self, with our most consuming desires, and with our most dreaded fears. Ultimately, the Full Moon in Scorpio wants to “give voice” to our authentic self.

Dig as deep as you can until you find the passion that fuels your soul. Settle for nothing less than what your soul craves for. And purge what no longer serves you.

Full Moon In Scorpio – Now Or Never

Thanks to Venus and Uranus, there is an imminence in this Full Moon.

Answer the call of destiny.

When life calls you to change, it means it’s time to change. If someone calls you to an adventure, it’s time to say yes. This is your chance. Now or never.

If you allow it to, the Full Moon in Scorpio will transform the core of your being and help you reclaim your personal power. During the process, you may discover you don’t need much. Only the essentials. That truth worth living for.

The Sabian symbol of the Full Moon is “The king of the fairies approaching his domain”. Just like remembering the way home, the journey within can be strange, yet familiar. The Full Moon in Scorpio will feel like finally coming home.
