Three years ago I had a dream.
My husband and I were in a cave facing the ocean.

We became aware that the tide was rising and I was suddenly carrying my son.

I carried him alone and realized we were going to die if I did not come out of the cave and carry him to safety.

I woke up shortly after realizing we might not make it in time in spite of trying so hard. So hard to reach safety...
