The new civilization on earth doesn't need nations. In fact, it can't have nations. The breakaway civilization understands that we here on earth have needed nations in order to bring some structure to the world and to allow different cultures to develop. But really nations are artificial, primitive and clunky constructs only needed for warlike people. So that's why the Bible says that the nations will be smashed to pieces.
And the Bible says that the new civilization will be given the morning star. This means that the breakaway civilization will be included in the new civilization here on earth. And to include it as just another nation would be like trying to add a leg to a caterpillar. What will happen instead is a complete transformation of our earth, where our cultures will be very much preserved but our nations including our governments will be removed.
Some Christians believe that the new earth mentioned in the Bible will be without oceans. That's incorrect imo because the Bible says that there will be no more SEA, not that the oceans will dry out or some horrible event like that. The phrase "no more sea" probably instead means that there will be no more division between us and the Nephilim. Even the Holy Sea in the Vatican might have something to do with it.

Some people may object to my previous post and say that the Bible says that there will be a NEW earth, not the same earth as today. I maintain that the earth will remain but it will be radically transformed, so yes in some sense it will be entirely new and yet it will be the same earth as we live on today.
On earth we have had brutish biological evolution, with animals munching on other animals. Gross. The animals on Venus don't eat each other. Biological evolution is actually a primitive stage with matter dumbed down to follow simple physical laws. The new earth (and the new heaven) has intelligent matter. We will still be able to for example eat hamburgers on the new earth but there will be no need to kill animals in order to get meat.

The power pyramid we have today with the banking elite at the top actually needs to be preserved for a long time. If the control structure would collapse too soon and things like laws and punishment removed, our world will most likely deteriorate into a Mad Max scenario. And out of that confusion, tribes will form and fight against each other, and then larger social structures will emerge until new nations form and we end up with a power pyramid again, perhaps an even more grim one than we have today.

Is there any corroborative evidence that supports the idea that the universe is intelligent? Well, maybe not evidence but David Wilcock mentioned that what people in the black op community are most concerned about is not things like free energy technologies but that the laws of physics can change depending on the beliefs of people. That was only a third hand testimony, originally from someone working in the black op world, but I found it interesting since it supports the idea that the universe is intelligent, and that we can tap into that intelligence by changing beliefs.
The different levels of density they talk about in the alternative community are then different levels of access to the universal intelligence. So it's the same universe with the same intelligence and the different densities are a scale of restrictions rather than a ladder of ascension.
We here on earth are still in third density which is a very limited stage. Corey Goode said that the giant spheres in our solar system (the huge UFOs shown in SOHO images) are of ninth density. I think that the giant spheres are a result of the universal intelligence (so yes one can call it ninth density) and that they are formed by being materialized out of the zero point energy which Steven Greer has talked about.
The breakaway civilization on Venus I guess are in fourth density. The much younger breakaway civilization on earth that Richard Dolan has described is only third density I think. So the ancient breakaway civilization on Venus is very different than what is usually meant by the term breakaway civilization.
We humans here on earth will "ascend" into fourth density, meaning accessing the "kingdom of heaven" by an integration between our civilization here on earth and the breakaway civilization on Venus. That's a huge evolutionary leap for humanity. One tricky part is how to preserve the valuable things in our world and at the same time move it into earth consciousness. For example we humans on earth can't just begin to access the intelligence of the universe at our own will willy-nilly since that would wreak havoc in the world.
