It feels as if I left this thread (of my consciousness) on a less than positive note (pun intended, haha). It feels as though I closed the space, and I am opening it back up.

Because of Mike's situation, I have been visited by my old friend, worry. It has been a reminder to Trust. It has been pretty constant, and though (or because) I am now Aware of this tendency and energy, it has also been a constant exercise in breath work in releasing. Looking back, I am so much farther along than I was a couple of years ago.

And finally, another thing I know now that I did not "back when." Because I can release, even if it is a constant exercise, I am also Reminded that there is a Solution to every problem. It already exists, it has already been set in motion, in fact it is already here. My action is to wait and watch, in gratitude. In fact, I can create this experience in a meditative state. I like the visuals in this one, and the energetics.
