Iconic Méjico

I won't have time today but I've been collecting images of Life in México, a country that is a strange mix of humor, witches, street artists, Aztec dancers and inbred Catholicism. While the up and coming modern mind is present by the zombified selfie tourists there still exists here a potent brew of myth and sorcery ...

isn't lux = light in latin and luz = light in spanish ?

You are correct, I simply like words that end in "x". And then Spanish is a derivative of Latin and often the X and Z are interchangeable especially in religious connotation. ;)
