Sirius the Sun's Twin Star

"The vast majority of observable stars are binary or multiple star systems. ... It is generally presumed that the Sun is a unique exception to this commonly observed phenomenon, however, observational evidence suggests that the Sun is moving in a defined orbit around a companion system of stars. ... Sirius meets this criteria, at a declination of -17°. It is also the brightest star in the night sky, three times brighter than Alpha Centauri and twice as bright as the next brightest star Canopus. Sirius is also the 5th closest system of stars to our own [6]. More significant is the fact that The Sirius Research Group has been recording the position of Sirius for approximately 20 years now and has not recorded any measurable alteration in its location relative to the precession [7]." -- http://www.viewzone.com/sirius.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
"The gods are pointing to Al Nitak and Sirius for reasons now known only by the gods." -- http://blog.world-mysteries.com/science ... d-equator/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

"In his 1698 book Cosmotheoros, Christiaan Huygens estimated the distance to Sirius at 27664 times the distance of the Earth to the Sun (about 0.437 light years, translating to a parallax of roughly 7.5 arcseconds).[53]" -- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sirius#Distance" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I think that old measurement of the distance from Earth to Sirius might be correct! Only about half a lightyear. That explains why Sirius is so very bright in the night sky. Modern measurements with satellite Hipparcos showed a parallax of 380 milli-arc seconds but one source mentioned that Sirius A because of its extreme brightness required special attention. Hmm... From a conspiracy theory perspective special attention may be a smokescreen description for doctoring of data. For some reason those ruling the world may not want us to know the truth about how Sirius and the sun are orbiting each other and Sirius being much closer than claimed.
