It's been quite a week, hasn't it Friends... Time to dance a little.

If you make sure you're connected
The writing's on the wall
But if your mind's neglected
Stumble you might fall

It is today, just this kind of day.

The wind is fair, the heat is less in the air
The skies are blue and trees do dance
can you tell me if anything is new?
Why yes of course she says
This very day at a close glance.
He stands on a rock and touches the tree
as he takes a very deep breath
and knows in his hearth
That we all are surely free
Nay I say, do not run away
for time shall show us the way

The music industry is obsessed with sex. Someone said that The Beatles' song about "Come together. Over me." is about sex. I wouldn't be surprised. Another possibility of sexuality in lyrics is Bob Dylan's "blowin' in the wind" meaning "blowjob in nature" and "sleeping in the sand" a poorly disguised way of saying "sex on a beach". A more obscure reference is the lyrics about cannon balls being banned. The word ban: "... expel, eject, evict, drive out, force out, oust, remove, get rid of, drum out, thrust out, push out, ..." Possibly meaning ejaculation.
