Being mindful of the moment and taking a small amount of time to keeping you in that moment. When you do this exercise, you can see that you are creating and controlling your experience, allowing you to give yourself the moment to step away and become mindful. It is the same ebb and flow in the ocean of thoughts and breath.
What is mindfulness? Mindfulness is the observation and focus of each aspect of your physical and mental self brought forward to the moment. With this daily practice and understanding and answer to a question that we all ask ourselves, "Who are you?", (mentally speaking), you create the quiet space in your mind to increase your time to think and act in each moment.
