Book divination is a fun way to gain insight on any issue or problem that is bothering you. This technique is easier if you have a lot of books to work with! Form a clear question or think about a specific problem in your mind and then ask your Higher Self, the Universe, God, Goddess or whatever sacred being you resonate with to bring you insight on your question or problem. Stand in front of a bookshelf, close your eyes, take a deep breath and allow your hands to run across the spines of the books until one "feels right". It is best to do this with a playful, light-hearted feeling of trust and expectation. Remove the book from the shelf and with your eyes still closed, open it to a random page. Without reading the page allow your index finger to rest somewhere on the page. Open your eyes. The paragraph you are pointing to has the answer, or at the very least a clue that might lead you to the answer.
The more you work with this technique the better the results.
