Knowing or Gnosis

For a few years now I am reading/listening Buddhist materials. One of the people I really enjoy listening to is Jack Kornfield.
This morning on my hour walk with the dog in the forest nearby I was listening to episode 12 of his heart wisdom podcast.
I'll post it here as he talks about the one who knows. He does so in a profound way and it teaches us, well me anyway, to just sit within the mystery of it all. Jack talks about a way of being that in my experience is heartfelt, recognizable and something to aspire to. I'd like to think I do so most of the time, But also recognize where I sleep.
For anyone with an hour to spare..
