As it turned out I was watching this video at the same time that Cristian was. There is a tremendous amount of information to unpack and some ideas that don't gel with me. Over time I have learned to not turn something off just because someone sees the world through a different lens, this video is an example of finding the gems in what Dr. Kruse is saying. I even listened to the four hours twice, never done that before. His story borders on the unbelievable but his salty unapologetic delivery makes it real.

A couple of things stood out to me that I will outline below:

1. How long the evil genius has been aware of how to control people. Not a new subject but Dr. Kruse shines a new light on just how many of those we have been trained to dislike and disdain where MKUltraed from a young age to not be able to think for themselves. It's called dopamine, the very issue we all know if there is an addiction to online scrolling and looking for "hits". I am well aware of this and do try to balance my time online with time sitting with my dogs and cats, staring out the window in silent wonder.

2. The vital importance of infrared and far infrared light, ie: the sun!

3. His contact with RFK Jr and Shanahan. What he shares is important because neither of them can have any shred of plausible deniability, they know the score and what is at stake for the USA.

There is an uprising in millions of people right now, with the knowledge that we are fundamentally water and electromagnetic makes how we conduct ourselves in this life of utmost importance. ie: every thought, word, action counts for something. I had a revelatory experience this morning which I will share at the right moment.
