I used to post articles and news of interest on this thread, but lately must admit, nothing grabs me. Yes, much is going on, but most of it appears to be hype, intended to grab our attention, and it has become a big turnoff for me. Honestly, I’m kind of tired of it all. I was going to post a video of John Lennon’s Just Gimme Some Truth song, but didn’t like any of the recordings. The lyrics pretty much sum up where I’m at now, though. Just.So.Very.Tired.Of.It.All

I'm sick and tired of hearing things,
From uptight, short sighted, narrow minded hypocrites,
All I want is the truth,
Just gimme some truth,
I've had enough of reading things,
By neurotic, psychotic, pig headed politicians,
All I want is the truth,
Just give us the truth,
No short haired, yellow bellied, son of tricky Dicky is
Gonna mother hubbard, soft soap me with just a pocket full of oil,
Money for oil,
Money for oil.
I'm sick to death of seeing things,
By tight lipped, condescending, mommy's little chauvinists,
All I want is the truth,
Just gimme some truth,
I've had enough of watching scenes,
Of schizophrenic, egocentric, paranoia prima donnas,
All I want is the truth,
Just give us the truth,
No short haired, yellow bellied, son of tricky Dicky is
Gonna mother hubbard soft soap me with just a pocket full of oil,
Money for oil,
Money for oil,
No short haired, yellow bellied, son of George-Porgy is
Gonna mother hubbard soft soap me with just a pocket full of oil,
It's money for oil,
No blood for oil,
I'm sick to death of hearing things,
From uptight, short sighted, narrow minded hypocrites,
All I want is the truth,
Just gimme some truth,
I've had enough of reading things,
By neurotic psychotic, homophobic hypocrites,
All I want is the truth,
Just give us the truth,
All we want is the truth,
Just give us the truth,
We can handle the truth,
Just give us some truth,
Share with us the truth,
We'll give you our truth

A short (16) minute video I ran across that gives some good food for thought on what could be happening, maybe.... strangest election weirdness I’ve ever seen.

Although it would be nice if someone pulled a rabbit out of a hat, and averted this train wreck, I’m not holding my breath. I look at a lot of stuff, but Biden is probably going to be sliding into the White House, by hook or by crook, or both. Several things he is saying he is going to do are kind of alarming (a 100 day lockdown after a year of lock downs, and enforced mask wearing every where). This video by Jame Corbett is only 9 minutes long, but packs a punch. I’m sure he is expressing what many feel about right now.

Here is a gem I ran across this morning. A never ending loop of madness they’ve created there, it seems. Reminds me of a dog chasing it’s tail. Round and round they go, where it stops nobody knows (most likely in the grave). As someone commented, you can’t make this shit up (yet somebody does!).

I’ll add a little JP Sears, just for grins....

Ok, a little more JP Sears. He actually does sort of sum up the news for this week, strangely, quite well, even if in a satirical way. It’s about as close as I can come to “reviewing the news”.

Today is a big day! I am about half way through this video, but wanted to get it posted for anyone interested, as this is all very current and happening now. Many perspectives floating around out there. Good to look from many sides. I read last night a post by someone who hates Trump and thinks that Biden et all are going to save us from disaster. This post also indicated a view that all Trump supporters are fascist, white, racists and akin to Nazis. So weird, because I know a good number of people who actually forked out a considerable amount of money to either fly, or drive, there to DC, who do not at all fit this description. In fact, everything I’ve seen about Antifa tells me the opposite is true, and I know for a fact that many people of color support Trump. In fact, what I personally see is that all of these people that support Trump (that I personally know) are patriotic, freedom and constitution loving people, who fear that a coup is actually taking place, and that if they don’t stand up now, the US as we know it will cease to exist. I’ve not ever been really into politics, but I also think it’s weird (and this is coming from someone who didn’t think much of Trumps personality) how hateful and angry some of these people are, that want to see Trump taken down. They are angry at those of us who even question the narrative (in regards to so many things, such as the COVID media story, vaccine, lockdowns etc.), calling us selfish, and that somehow think we are actually a danger to society. Since when did loving freedom become selfish, and wanting to know the truth become wrong? I’m seriously confused....
