Oh! A realization just popped into my mind. We need to abandon the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Why? Because we have been on that road for ages. Collectively as humanity we have been there, done that, got the bloody T-shirt.

Then the next question is: how to do that? I haven't got any clear ideas about that yet.

Now I have an explanation for how to leave the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. It's simply about retraining the mind away from conflict. That's like really, really difficult in the world as it is today. One method for beginning to achieve this is to be mindful of conflicts in one's own life. Often we need conflicts to fuel our pain bodies. And the pain body serves a purpose of preventing us from becoming too much numbed down. And this makes us to actively, consciously or subconsciously, seek conflict. We have a habitual lust for problems, enemies, threats and dangers one might say.

The remedy, the cure, is I propose to be mindful of all those habits of friction in oneself, and put conscious attention into the body and feel the agitation until it dissolves and is replaced by a calmer feeling and then wait for more lovely opportunities. Subtle energy and friction together is too destructive. In order for subtle energy to be able to flow into you and heal your body you need to have a stable peaceful emotional and mental state.

Subtle energy healing is related to ET disclosure. Do space aliens use subtle energy? It depends. It depends on their level of development. Advanced ETs use subtle energy, while ETs in developing civilizations do not. Our own civilization is still a developing civilization. That's why we still are warlike in a harmful way. Advanced ETs can be warlike too, but in a safe way, meaning they can have like Star Wars conflicts for creative or entertaining purposes without causing actual harm to themselves or others.

Space aliens do not look like insects or reptiles. ETs look like humans in their basic form and advanced ETs can shapeshift, so they can take the form of reptiles, unicorns or whatever, but their original form is human. This is explained by how Elohim said: Let us create humankind in our image and in our likeness. And Jesus said something like: My Father has many mansions, meaning many worlds. So the human form is a so-below-as-above universal template to make people from different worlds compatible with each other.

Fermi's paradox is resolved by there being a real Prime Directive preventing us from officially coming into contact with space aliens prematurely. Only when we have started to use subtle energy sufficiently will we be able to have full contact with ETs. There may be advanced ETs among us already, but they look like ordinary people to blend in with the rest of us. The same with the Nephilim here on earth. When we see someone shapeshift, and we are drug and hallucination free, then that's a confirmation of subtle energy.

Do you think Jesus Christ could heal every human on planet earth? Of course he could. So why didn't he heal everybody? Because his task was to just give some examples of what is possible so that we eventually would be able to do that ourselves.

Imagine making a baby walk by doing the walking for the child. The child would never learn how to walk by herself or himself! That would be evil. Similarly, external healing is evil if taken as the only solution. We need to learn how to heal ourselves.

I'm frustrated by slow progress (although my emotional health has improved a little bit). So I'm going to experiment with combining the subtle energy healing with what's called intermittent fasting, which means for example eating 6 days in a week and fasting 1 day, and repeating it for a couple of months. Or like in this scientifically tested method:

My idea is that when eating food all the time, then the body is habitually fully occupied with processing the food, and mindfulness practice and things like that have difficulty being effective. Isn't energy healing capable of dealing with food? I think definitely it is, but only at more advanced levels. Our bodies and minds are heavily conditioned to process food all the time so for beginners one might have to help the practice and make it easier for subtle energy to start flowing.

EDIT: Hmm... I found this: "Prolonged fasting (PF) lasting 48–120 hr reduces progrowth signaling and activates pathways that enhance cellular resistance to toxins in mice and humans (Fontana et al., 2010, Guevara-Aguirre et al., 2011, Holzenberger et al., 2003, Lee and Longo, 2011, Longo et al., 1997). So at least 2 days fasting for more benefits than less than 24 hours fasting. That can probably be changed with Biology of Belief but that takes a lot of subconscious change. I think I will start with 3 days fasting per week. That's really hardcore. :mrgreen: (Can even be dangerous for some people so be careful.) And I heard that on day 2 or 3 the feelings of hunger and starvation are worse. Not good. I will try mindfulness to see if the suffering can be replaced by a peaceful and nice feeling, at least after a while. If there is suffering for more than two weeks I will probably give up the experiment, because to me that's a warning signal that it's unhealthy overall.

It's amazing how much intermittent fasting can improve health. Here I found a list:

As if that wasn't enough, here is a resent study showing that intermittent fasting improves the function of mitochondria (no human tests yet though): Harvard study shows how intermittent fasting and manipulating mitochondrial networks may increase lifespan -- https://news.harvard.edu/gazette/story/ ... -lifespan/

Also in the article: "Mitochondria — the energy-producing structures in cells — exist in networks that dynamically change shape according to energy demand. Their capacity to do so declines with age, but the impact this has on metabolism and cellular function was previously unclear. In addition, they found that these youthful networks increased lifespan by communicating with organelles called peroxisomes to modulate fat metabolism."

I think that intermittent fasting provides an excellent bridge between ordinary biology and subtle energy healing by not only allowing the body to regenerate but also by reconditioning the mind away from its habitual patterns.

One important thing Dr. Group said is from about 4 minutes into the video about only drinking water without additives, not even salt or apple cider vinegar in it. Because then the body recognizes that as food is coming in and it hampers the process. Note that this is only for what Group called hardcore water fasting. My guess is that the scientific articles are often about results from water fasting and that's what I will use.
